I have had my original pair for ten years and they are still the most comfortable shoes known. Alas, after a mere ten years it’s time for another pair and I was thrilled to see them for sale still. Excellent craftsmanship.

This is definitely another high quality SAS shoe. I have trouble with my feet swelling, and I appreciate the elastic which expands to accommodate my swelling throughout the day.

I have multiple foot problems, including edema. I have Crissy in every color, because it looks dressy or casual, depending on what you’re wearing, ALWAYS is comfortable, and the elastic straps accommodate my edema even on bad days. I have other SAS shoes, but this style is the best shoe I’ve ever had.

The toe area of these shoes feels like that of a tennis shoe so there is room for the knob on my big toe. The elastic allows me to slide my foot into the shoe even though my toes do not bend a lot due to arthritis. The shoes are very comfortable. My only concern is that over time the elastic may stretch out. I ordered and returned 4 pair before I found a pair that both fit and that didn’t have what I considered a manufacturing flaw. I am very glad that I kept trying because it is a relief to finally have a pair of comfortable shoes. I just hope the next pair fits the same as this pair does.

These shoes had a terrible smell to them, almost like they had been soaked in turpentine or some other chemical. I am also returning since they didn’t fit right for me, although I did like the look of them. I would say that they fit rather like moccasins, not really supportive.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, both SAS, to take to Sweden next week, to do a lot of walking in Stockholm. Decided to keep the other pair (Bliss) which look a lot more like something I would wear to the symphony. These shoes just look a bit casual…and not as upscale as the price would suggest. But they are comfortable on my 7WW foot.

This is a lovely shoe but I hadn’t realized that my feet were actually changing a bit and the size would be wrong. I had chosen a 6W thinking that a little extra width would translate to a little extra length. My ideal size I discovered is now a 6.5 M and I have subsequently order a new pair and I suspect that there will be more to follow. This is a perfect slip on shoe and comfortable for all casual shoe activities, driving, shopping, walking on anything except rugged terrain.
