When she saw them she said her grandfather called and wants his shoes back.

i buy these for my husband and it is about all he wears. he likes the velcro fastening. has good support. we usually buy the grey ones but he likes the black color too. SAS are the best !!!!!

My husband likes the shoes but it runs small to size. The shoe width was also not wide enough for my husband’s feet plus his brace.

These were the first SAS shoes I’ve tried and I loved the styling. Unfortunately, they aren’t cushioned enough for my peripheral neuropathy, especially at the tongue and collar. Compared to my Drew Aaron sneakers, there’s virtually no cushioning. I wear a Women’s 9.5 M, but since the nerve issues and orthotics came into my life, I’ve found that Men’s 8.5 M are a much better fit. The pair I tried in these was an 8.5 and it fit excellently. Will have to go back to the Drews or New Balance. Thanks, Zappos, for the excellent service!

Nice shoe but the velcro is terrible. Does not stay closed as pant legs unhook straps when walking. Need better Hook & Loop material.

I ordered these for my husband who wears a size 7 shoe. He has Parkinson’s and his feet and legs have started swelling making it very difficult to find stylish shoes easy to get on that fit. These shoes are perfect. He says they are the best fitting, most comfortable shoes he’s had in years. Also, he thinks they help his gait when he walks. We just wish we could find more shoes in Men’s 7 3EEE.

My son lives in a group home and cannot tie laces., These sneakers make it so easy for staff.
Arthur is non verbal so he cannot tell you, but the smile on his face and the support he received from these sneakers puts a smile on his face and makes him want to go.

These shoes seem to run large. I had to exchange a size 14 for size 13 which fits perfectly. Zappos covered the cost of return, and I had the replacement shoes the next day – great service

I bought these for my husband who suffers from pain on the ball of his feet. These have the right type of padding (not memory foam) which he finds very comfortable and supportive. Recommended.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. There is (after 4 pairs) only one thing that I consider to be a real problem. The last three pairs I bought have been velcro strap attached instead of shoe laces. I am older and have a back problem so I found these much easier to put on. The right side shoe on all three pairs has a problem with the tongue. For some unknown reason the tongue starts moving to the left until they just look bad. If they were not so comfortable I would have changed brands. For $170 shoes this should not happen. I have talked to SAS corporate several times and sent them pictures but they just blew me off and would not help.

My husband has a neurological disorder and could not tie shoe laces. I was worried any velcro sneakers in a size 131/2 would be really awful. These sneakers are easy to take on and off. And they look very good. They fit him so well because they come in narrow. The only shoes will ever buy.

I had ordered these shoes for a friend who has a foot shaped like a brick. His feet are swollen and size 8.5 ww is hard to find. The shoes fit his high instep so well. The straps are even long enough that they close normally, so that they don’t show how chubby is foot actually is. We are very happy with the purchase. And as always with Zappos, the service was excellent!

Have worn new balance 990 for 20 yrs. I’ve had alot of back injuries so bending over to tie my shoes is difficult. The velcro make it a cinch to put shoes on.

SAS shoes always fit true to size. I’ve been wearing their shoes for 40 years. This pair is comfortable, and the hook and loop closure makes it very easy to put on and take off.
