They fit like house slippers. Not what I wanted. No side or arch support. Had to buy inserts to get som ed support. Not for people who do a lot of standing or walking.
Disappointed –
While these looked cute, once I received them I was extremely disappointed. I realize that these are not support type shoes, but there is no cushioning in the foot bed. It’s hard to believe that these are SAS shoes!

I have a pair of SAS shoe I used to work on my job in a plant. It was about 23 years ago. I still have them, and the only problem is , they split under the bottom of the shoe. Amazing!
Celia –
I’m buying these shoes because they are perfect for my mom and my sister. They have flat feet and diabetic feed.

I wear bilateral orthotics and have been buying SAS Roamer for years but saw the Willow and decided to change it up a little. Same great comfort and style. Works well with the orthotics because of the removable inner sole. I buy a size larger and wide width to accommodate the orthotics. Bought the walnut color which I love. I’d call it chestnut with its reddish tint but not too much. Would recommend these shoes.

I’m not a “sneaker/tennis shoe” kind of person, yet I wanted a comfortable walking shoe. I found them in this shoe. And I love the fact they can be casual or a bit dressy. My sister discovered this shoe first and I liked the look and fit so much I bought a pair too. Best shoe choice I’ve made in a long time.

I have back and knee issues and these are the only shoes that help keep me up and moving. I have been buying them for many years. I just wish they had sales or coupons more often. They are worth the price, but it’s getting harder to afford them.
Joan –
Wear daily. I have 4 pair of SAs shoes

The Willow slip on loafer is very comfortable and fashionable and can be worn every day. This is the second pair that I have purchased.
Boomer –
Decided to buy regular shoes to use as slippers. Have bought 3 pairs of SAS recently (these are the 4th pair); and 3 pair in the past. Never had a moments problem with them. Have been recommending SAS to others for years.

The fit and size were perfect.

I have been buying SAS shoes for about 18 years and now that’s all I have in my closet.
Can’t wear lace-ups any more, so these slip-ons are my shoe of choice. Appreciate the quality and workmanship.
Ana –
These shoes are so so comfortable. They last for years. The best.

I’m going on a trip that will involve quite a bit of walking, and I wanted something nicer than tennis shoes, but very comfortable. These are just right!

From the first step, these were perfectly comfortable. I have short, hammerhead toes, arthritis in one big toe and a rather high arch. At a young age 68 I was hesitant to order SAS shoes, remembering my mother’s clunky SAS oxfords from 20 years ago. No worries! The sole is not old-lady thick and more flexible that I expected.

Bought these for an elderly woman and she loved them. They fit great, soft and supple leather and casual dressy enough for all tips of occasions.

comfortable, good support

The fit is perfect. The style is a little orthopedic-looking, but not too bad.
Luann –
Put them on the morning I received them and kept them on all day. So comfortable. Happy feet!
Cash M –
I love my SAS Willow Slip on Loafer. They are stylish & comfortable!
Nana W –
I have back issues and these help me walker further without problems. Give me stability. And I think they are very nice looking. I have black and the brown.

Fit and sizing were accurate. Removing the insole allowed me to comfortably insert my custom orthotics. It has been very hard to find shoes in which I can use custom orthotics that are somewhat stylish and not too “orthopedic” looking.

Finally a shoe that fits! Thank you Zappos for great service!!!!

They are comfortable. The leather is soft.
Bessi –
I bought these shoes as a present for my mom. She has difficulty finding comfortable shoes wide enough for her feet. She loves these. I wish they came in more stylish colors. I’m sure she would have more than one pair if they did.
