I had a problem with this shoe. One shoe was defective -wider than the other across the front but after contacting SAS they sent me a return slip and also were wiling to refund my initial shipping charge. Nice company to deal with!!!
One shoe fit perfectly but the problem I saw in the design is what do you do with the toggle once you have adjusted it. If you have a slim 4A heel the toggle will now be extending out across the top of the shoe almost to one’s toes. This would probably not be a problem for someone with a B width. For someone with a slim width, I think a better choice would be the SAS Soltice – a beautiful shoe.

I’m a faithful Sas shoes wearer. I’m 50 yrs old & love my tour mesh tennis shoes & my huggies sandals during the spring & summer.I also love that they are made in the USA.. But these were not up to SAS standards. I was simply looking for a slipper to wear around the house so I ordered 4 sizes thinking that one would fit. The toggle that supposedly makes them adjustable didn’t work on all 4 pairs. There’s no arch support & the shoe honestly looks like it would fall apart.

Finally SAS has offered a shoe that is somewhat fashionable as well as comfortable. But that elastic drawstring! The loop is 3 or so inches in length and does lie against the shoe. However by the time I tightened it up to successfully adjust the heel a bit the loop was about 5 inches in length and stood straight up. Even if the elastic were to soften, the loop would be strangely too long. Weird look for sure. I want the shoes but at this price I don’t feel that I should have to take these to a shoemaker to have new elastic put in because this problem was entirely foreseeable by SAS. Such a disappointment.

I have a narrow foot & these fit perfectly. They are very comfortable & well made. However, as others have said, these would be perfect as slippers. Sent them back.

I bought the black smooth leather and love it! It is comfortable and looks great for casual or a little dresser. I wish it came in other colors, in smooth leather (not suede) like navy or maroon. I wear 10ww.

This shoe was very comfortable. I like the toggle option to make tighter. However, I have a very narrow heel with my 10 Narrow foot & my heel was not snug, so I had to return. Nice looking shoe & again—very comfortable!
