I have several problems with my feet which include neuropathy, hammertoes and narrow heels and have returned over twenty pairs of shoes to Zappos which I recently ordered. These shoes are the only only ones that fit me properly. They stay on my feet and my heels do not slip out. I am not elderly and hesitated to purchase these shoes because of the style, but they will work well with jeans, slacks or leggings. They are true to size, extremely comfortable and stay on my feet. Thank you Zappos for all of your patience with my returns!

Love this style as I have a wide forefoot and bunions. The leather is so soft no break in required. They were comfortable right out of the box.

This is a beautiful light tan colored oxford, well made, and looks good. I wear these with pants and tops for everything from casual to dressy, to exercise on Mondays and Fridays and to church on Sundays.
My late husband and I have purchased SAS shoes for some 25 years, having been referred by our orthopedist. Now, almost 90 years old, I still rely on them for feeling stable underfoot.

First, this shoe is absolutely beautiful and looks like the fine leather shoe you can wear in comfort daily as well as go out in the evening without missing a step or stopping to change shoes. It’s well constructed throughout which is one of the hallmarks of SAS shoes. Before retiring as an RN, I used to purchase 6 pairs of my favorite SAS work shoes at a time. Unfortunately, this style didn’t work for me because of the problem I’ve developed with the joints in my big toes – not enough clearance on top for the arthritic changes. I had been looking for the one shoe that I could travel with, sightsee during the day and use the same shoe for evening events. I reluctantly returned them when I realized it wouldn’t work with my problem. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this shoe to anyone without my problem. My husband is already on his 3rd pair of SAS shoes, loves them and wears them daily!

I just got these Travelers in. I wear an 8.5 wide and they fit perfectly. I love that I can slide my feet right in and it feels like they are already molded to my feet. I love that they have real leather so you know it’ll actually breath and be soft. I need a lot of arch support and these don’t really have any, so I put my own orthotics in, which actually fit. I chose these because they don’t look like “grandma shoes,” as I am 32, and wanted a professional yet classic look.

I have had this shoe for about two years wearing it at least twice a week. It still looks and feels nice. I just ordered another pair for when my one starts to wear out.

I purchased my first pair of Traveler lace up shoes in 2015. I love how they feel inside and out. I recently ordered another pair, same size same width. Upon arrival I could see the sole of the new Traveler was much SHORTER than the Traveler’s I purchased in 2015. Mismarked, possibly. Therefore I had to send them back.

I have been wearing SAS shoes for over 40 years; I was first introduced to them by my orthopedic surgeon and purchased them at one of two local shoe stores; both stores have since closed. And now at 90 years old, i am still very active, work 15-20 hours per week doing eligibility/registration/all paperwork for local food pantry. I currently alternate with my beige/navy/black Travelers 7 days a week. I still do have a pair of the black SAS Mary Jane-type with a 1 1/2 inch heel but since I am not as steady on my feet as I once was, I’ve only worn them twice in two years (both times to a wedding). Over the years I have purchased other shoes but none have been as comfortable nor looked as well with wear
as SAS. I don’t know if I will need to buy more shoes, but if so, I know where to look for them.

I finally found great shoes for dancing. The sole is not too grippy and lets me pivot without wrenching my knees. The upper is well-made and ties high enough to hold my heel back in place. The toe-box gives room for all my long toes without extra width. My size is normally in between a 10 and 10-1/2, and these 10-1/2 narrow fit me super well.
