Bought this as an extra pair so far havent worn too much. I love saucony shoes I have had previously.

Great fitting and feeling running shoe! You can not get a better running shoe at this price!

I was devastated when the Saucony Virratas were discontinued. For years I was looking for another neutral shoe that felt as light and quick as them and these were it! They will definitely be my go to every day trainer shoe as long as Saucony keeps making them. After about 100 miles in these I ordered two more pairs just in case they go away as well.

It’s a good shoe to strength train in. I knocked off 1 star because you should go up 1 size to fit properly.

I have had the shoes almost a month now and they are very comfortable and lightweight as well

Reaaaallly wanted to like this shoe. High stack, high drop, max cushion shoes are not for me. Currently I have a few high priced high stack shoes gathering dust in favor of the cheapest NB running shoe, the 520 I purchased for walking around, the gym and such. They don’t even sell it on their website, just outlets. Lower stack and lower cushion. Looking for something similar and the search continues, unfortunately. Based on the reviews I knew there would be a chance of this shoe running small/narrow. Those reviews were spot on. Just looking at the extreme taper in the forefoot out of the box I knew they were not going to work. Tried them on and they went right back in the box and immediately printed the return label. My question is, whose foot is this shoe based on? Nothing about the fit is based on a real, natural foot. I don’t think going up a half size would matter for me and my feet are not wide. I wear neutral D width shoes. The search continues.

This is a good basic Saucony that saved me from a repeat of Planter’s Fasciitis. I was able to fit my custom made support into it and it’s a great everyday shoe.

Looks like the same base as the Kinvara 13 but Im not sure its the same foam because it doesnt have that pop. A bit narrow in the forefoot at first but alls good after breaking in. Good value.

I’ve been training in Saucony Kinvaras for the past five years and I absolutely love them. I’ve moved through four or five different updates. The most recent update, Kinvara 14’s, are completely off the rails; they’ve got the same 4 mm. offset as previous models, but they’re much higher off the ground. I don’t want that padding. When I got my 14s in the mail, I went online and quickly found out that EVERYBODY dislikes the update. But it turns out that Saucony, realizing that there was a problem, reinvented the (now retired) Kinvara 13’s as…..the Saucony Convergence. And I absolutely love these shoes! They’re cheaper, they’re not quite as stylish, but the width and profile is perfect (although I still wear size 12D, where I wear 11D in every other make and model of shoe; you need to order one size up), and they give me exactly the same feel I’ve grown to love. I will order several additional pairs of this shoe. They’re that good.

Fit well. Not enough support for me though. Felt very neutral.
Kgeb –
Comfortable, light, true to the fit. I use it as an everyday, casual shoe.

I have the entire process a 3 because of the shipping. FedEx took 10 days to get me my order and then left it in my driveway in the rain. Luckily, the product wasn’t damaged, but the box was destroyed. Good thing they weren’t a gift. Out of the 3 major carriers, FedEx had consistently been the worse for on time delivery and product damage during transit.

Great shoe for the price! Minimal but adequate cushioning, breathable upper, and great fit. Works well as a daily wear shoe for walking.
Jmw1123 –
Bought these to wear around house and for walking. Happy with the weight of shoe but size feels smaller than typical/not true to size. I’ve noticed this with other Saucony shoes as I’ve been wearing/using them for years. Feels like half size too small.

My pair of Saucony Convergence were not good shoes. As an avid runner, I have tracked running miles on a lot of shoes over the years, including many Saucony models. I have always gotten 400+ miles before retiring any of my shoes from running. By the time I got to 200 miles on my Convergence, the tread was almost gone. Then around 220 miles, the inside of the upper, along the ball of the foot started blowing out on one of the shoes. I tried to patch it to get a few more miles, but the mesh tore away from the patch. And then holes started appearing across the top of the toes and the mesh on the outside began to blow out on the other shoe. I gave up and dishonorably discharged them at 273 miles, far short of the 400 miles that I aim for as a minimum. I’ve always liked my Saucony shoes, so I won’t abandon Saucony yet, but I will certainly not buy another pair of Convergence. Please do better, Saucony.
Peter –
Nice pair of sneakers. Price is absolutely was the factor for purchasing. Nothing sells these days for less than $100 – these were $70. Super light, True to size, well made. I am a bit concerned about the durability and longevity of the mesh on the top – around the toes area. Thats where I get holes after 3-6 months of wearing them. Time will tell.
Dave –
Worst Saucony shoes I have had in over 30 years. Quality has gone down and size I have been wearing for over 30 years now is too small. I will think twice about ordering another Saucony product.
Jason –
This is about fit, not quality.
I have the Convergence from last year and I really like it. I do NOT like the new Convergence. Whatever changes made relative to the prior generation/model are horrible. The shoe is more narrow and very uncomfortable. I wouldnt even keep it for a walk around shoe, let alone running in it. Why make a good thing worse? Now I am in need of a 4mm drop/offset shoe with a low stack, which are proving to be quite hard to find. If youre interested in making a great (4mm drop) shoe please copy the Brooks PureFlow 6. Brooks stopped making that shoe several years ago. It was the best shoe Ive ever had. 4mm drop/offset with a slightly wider (not excessive) toe box. Happy to share more feedback anytime. Thank you!

Super light shoe that still gives great support. Felt faster on my first run.

The summer has gone I know albeit I put the saucony on to do the tai chi movement of the yang style. It was easy to do . . . the formwork wasn’t difficult was so easy to do
RonW –
Got these on sale. Great shoes with both good comfort and support.
