Pretty comfortable shoe. Good for neutral gait and protects from putting weight on lateral part of the foot which is more prone to injury, especially in underpronaters. Pretty of room due to wide platform and walking is natural just with added comfort. There is no squeeze to any part of foot. It is better looking than usual chunky comfort leather walkers. I wear about 10 hrs a day, walking up and down, used so far for 2 weeks and so far doing great. Only downside, it is a hot shoe which is expected with all leather and lot of cushion.

Like walking on air!

Thought I was getting an elite walking shoe that would work well on extended walks. Leather/synthetic upper combo appears to be mostly synthetic and behaves like it. The uppers are not supple at all and have not “broken in” at all after 50+ miles of road work; neither has the sole. Construction quality was good, but comfort craters for me after about three miles raising blisters and arch pain. Won’t buy again.

Good shoes! I walk a lot at my job and these are great.

I’m actually torn on the width as I think it’s in between true to size and narrower. It’s more a problem of my feet than the show. They are fantastic to walk in and very comfortable. The heal and sole absorb everything and so my entire leg feels better when walking. I like the look; not too fancy and not too sporty. Great walking shoes, but can wear with dress cloths and not feel out of place.

This is a solid overall walker. Although it is not as good as the original Omni Walker, it is a quality walker. It is a diverse walker in terms of what to wear them with. They will work as both a casual sneaker and something to be worn with a uniform. The Echelon seems much more supportive than the Omni Walker 3, but it still does not offer the arch support of the original Omni Walker. This seems to be about the best out there for the uses mentioned. I wish Saucony would bring back the original Omni Walker. Although a bit pricey, the Eschelon is a solid pick.

Right now these are my favorite walking shoes mainly because New Balance jumped the shark a few years ago with the 928. Their quality just shot downhill faster than an Olympian.
Brooks was my second choice but the Addiction Walker doesn’t have enough cushion or arch support and they wear out extremely fast.
The Echelon Walker 3 is pretty comfortable and has more cushioner than Brooks and New Balance. I would give it 5 stars but there is no arch support and I have to use an orthotic with it.

I have planter fatiatus and need a great shoe like this. My last one is a year old and I wanted a second pair. I wear this shoe every day and it is still going strong. My other Brooks pair would have had the toe rubber separating by now but no such problems on the Saucony. You have a customer for life and I have told others what a good shoe this is. Unless you start going cheep and making a shoe of less quality. Don’t let the bean counters convince you that you can make more money by cutting on quality. Customers WILL notice and soon you will be like Converse.

Still narrow in the toes with WIDE so I had to buy a second pair in EXTRA WIDE, to no pinch the toes, but all around it feels a bit like clown shoes. The thick sole is a bit weird, makes me feel like I’m wearing platform or high heels, got plenty of blisters.
I will say though, the construction is top notch, both the leather and the rubber sole are pretty durable.

These shoes are much too heavy. They need to be a bit wider too even with the width size choice. The main problem for me is the foot drop. It is an 8, and that tears my back up. I can only handle a 5 and under foot drop, but the shoe companies don’t make enough of them at all. After 2 hours the first day, and half hour the next morning, my back said NO, much pain. I wish they would make a lower drop, that is what many of us NEED. I had to return them, while desperately looking for a walking shoe with wide platforms with a 5 foot drop or lower. Help!

This shoe has the fit I need my hard to fit foot that’s wide in toes and narrow in heel with a regular width shoe. Very sturdy and very stable.

I like the leather because it forms to your feet and I can walk the dog in the rain without wet feet. The shoes could be a bit wider in the toe area but I liked how deep the toe area was from the top of the shoe to the sole, so my foot didn’t feel flattened. I was extremely disappointed with the hard sole. After wearing them for 1/2 hour the balls of my feet feel bruised. I got the Echelon 9 xw with the running sole and those are extremely comfortable. I wish Saucony would incorporate the cushion of the Echelon 9 sole into this leather walker and it would be perfect.

Can’t stop wearing them. Great support. Great look. Very well priced for the quality.

I’ve tried all types of shoes (running, walking, training, law enforcement, referee, etc) while on my job and these are imo the best for the price/performance! I had to break mine in for a couple of days before the shoes got really comfortable(I have other shoes for rotation) but once they become comfortable, these are my go-to shoes. Very rugged design, good grip soles, no sweaty feet after all day wear. A great buy!

First pair lasted 316 miles. Feet felt a bit more sore, so I purchased a second pair. Arrived quickly and have been wearing them this week. No more soreness. Ankles and Knees feel great.
These are an excellent walking shoe. Very happy with the performance.

I walk over 12 miles a day as a USPS letter carrier and these are by far the best walking shoes I have ever owned. (And trust me, I’ve tried at least 10 other brands and styles) The best! Worth every penny!

I have very high arches that make me prone to sprain my ankles. I find Saucony walking shoes give me the stability and cushioning I need.

Great shoe. I’m a delivery driver for Ups, I put a lot of miles on my shoes this is the best that I have worn. I highly recommend the Echelon walker 3.
Thairant –
I’ve been looking for something that I can wear for 8-10 hours of walking with no pain by the end of work shift. This is it! I’ve been more productive and efficient with these shoes. Feels like walking on clouds.

Very comfortable shoe

Liked them so much that this is the second pair I’ve gotten. These will be set aside for a while since I haven’t finished with the first pair.

Most comfortable shoes…period. Don’t think twice if you have wide feet.
