Real laces! My kid wanted a running shoe that would stay on her feet even though she’s between sizes. With real laces we can secure the shoes snuggly to her feet.

The tread on the bottom ripped off after just a couple of uses. Super bummed about this.

My son complains that the laces keep untying at school. He refuses to wear these shoes because of it. I would have been happier with a velcro pair.

My son has tried out his pair and loves them. He chose the pink and purple colours and loves them. They seem to be water resistant to morning dew but haven’t tried them out in damper situations yet!

Very comfortable. My son loves the colors. Great fit!

Very happy with these so far…we will see if they last through the school year. Last year we bought Saucony brand because there are leather options and very happy with the style and look for school, but they wore out more quickly than other shoes she has had. My daughter has trouble with skin issues in synthetic material so the leather and more breathable options are great. Gave Saucony another try this year and asked my daughter to be a little gentler with them. We’ll see how it goes.

This pair of Sauconys was styled differently than my previous pairs, and the tie system was not as sturdy.

Comfy and worked fine but are now falling apart after 3 months of almost daily use. I had hoped they’d last a bit longer. So far the top eye for the shoelace on one shoe has torn, the shoelaces are fraying and small holes have appear on the sides of both shoes. My kid is not unusually hard on shoes and previously has grown out of the stride rites before they had any significant issues.

I’m pretty sure she’s worn these every day since getting them! They fit great (she has wide feet and we got the wider version) and she loves the colors. A big hit!

My kids play hard. These shoes fell apart in a couple of months, the loops for lacing broke. See picture. Also, more shoes in this size should be no-tie. I switched out the laces for a no tie option.
