Saucony is one of my favorite brands. This is my 5th pair. I also own the teal kinvara 13. These are very cushioned. I love the thick sole. I just bought an exercise bike and I worked out on it for the first time. Buy your true size.

Very comfortable shoes. I bought the red rose pair. This is my 4th of sauconys and second pair of the kinvara. I also own the kinvara 13 in teal. I would definitely repurchase. There is a lot of cushioning. Buy your true size.

These shoes made me want to run. With hip and knee problems, as soon as I went on a jog with these it felt easier than normal; like the shoes were propelling me. Will definitely be buying more in a different color.
Cathy –
FYI I had to return these because there’s a hard piece that hits the top of big toe joint and it hurts. They’re so cute and comfortable other than that.

I found the shoe to be consistent sizing. I wanted to like these as they’re one of the only more ‘affordable’ running shoes lately. They were okay — just didn’t feel much zip and not enough cushioning under ball of foot for me.

these shoes are insanely comfortable! feels like i’m running on a spring floor! Got them to start getting into running as a beginner, Bought them for my 5k coming up, Very happy w my purchase!

This edition feels to me like almost a total overhaul of the Kinvara. I’ve been using them for about 10 years, so I know their normal feel. These have more underfoot and a little more cushion. Personally, I like the changes. I felt like the other Kinvara models quickly went to feeling like a moccasin, even though I do love the low drop of the shoe. This 14 seems like it will last longer, and I really love the feel underfoot. Definitely NO slush or mush in the cushion, but a little more substantial. I give it 4 stars because they took a time for my feet to adjust, and normally I can wear Kinvaras right out of the box with no breaking in. I think they’d do excellent for half marathons, and maybe even more. (I did wear the 13 in a full marathon, and it did the job… so I’d imagine the extra oomph in this edition would only help.) I will add that I think they lost a little support somehow, which I miss.

I bought the red ones because they were on sale for veterans day. I am a nurse and my feet and legs feel great at the end of my 10 hour shift. I spend most of my day on my feet and have a plantar neuroma but no pain with these.

I have been wearing the Kinvara’s since the 5th edition. This model is 100% not the Kinvara that was and I am so disappointed. The tongue slides off to the side after a short distance and the corner of the tongue cuts into my ankles. I also got 2 black toe nails on a fairly short run (20k), which has never happened in the Kinvara before. I am so sad. I am on the hunt for a new shoe now and holding out hope that the Kinvara 15 will be more like the 13.

I had to buy a full size larger. Love the color. Super light weight. I’m a pronator (very flat feet), so these hurt my knees during a run because there’s very little, to no, arch support. I’ll be buying my old Brooks again for a supportive running shoe. But I can wear these around town for errands just fine.

These are beautiful shoes! However they’re definitely not a running shoe. They don’t seem to have much arch support, therefore I am experiencing strain on my heels and Achilles. Also bought 2nd pair for my husband. Same issue.

I walk a lot and have had many pairs of the Kinvara and really love them because they are so comfortable and give great support.

I was stoked to try these super light low drop runners and the first few 5km runs I felt I had wings. I’ve put only about 25 km on them at this point and I loved them until a day after my last run. My tarsals and metatarsals started to ache on my right foot so I took a day off. I immediately recalled the scorching negative review posted by solereview, how the shoe is likely to cause foot injury due to the sole design. Today I ran another 5km in the Kinvara 14s this morning to give them another chance because I like them so much, and tonight the pain shot up to about an 8 when I walk, mainly in the bones around the ball of my feet. My left foot has about a level 2 pain. So I’m pretty sure it’s the shoes. I do pronate a little but still prefer neutral shoes usually and don’t have problems. The Peregrine 13s are a favourite shoe so I thought these would be great. Unfortunately I’m having to now agree with the solereview. Do not run in these on a regular basis!! I gave an extra star because I love the super light weight, the extra cushioning and 4 mm drop.

Solid running shoe. They didn’t need to be broken in all, but I got my feet/body used to them over back to back approx 3 mile runs. Run true to size. I wear 9 in Brooks, Reebok, No Bull, Nike and the 9 is these were perfect. They are light and feel good on the feet. A little cushion, but not too much, so a really good feel on the road (if a neutral cushioning is what you’re looking for). A little narrow in the toe box, I have a narrow foot so no issues for me.
Would recommend for both road and treadmill. They are comfortable, light, run true to size, and look good. I run approx 16 miles/week.

Felt very good to wear EXCEPT not enough support for overpronation.

I wear nothing buy Saucony tennis shoes. My niece told me about them years ago and I have found they are the best and most comfortable for me. I have a very high instep and arch and these are perfect for me. I haven’t worn the yellow ones yet but I’ve had several of the same style before.
Pizzagal –
My favourite style of shoe. I’m on my feet all day walking in a hospital. These shoes are so comfortable! I must have every colour. I also get lots of compliments! I’m becoming a running shoe fanatic.
Charlene –
The fit was great, but the colors are too much. Whatever happened to plain navy?

this is the second time I am very disappointed with saucony, which have been my favorite, most comfortable shoes for a long time. These pair was cheaply made. For the price I paid I expected something much better. Not worth it at all. I wouldn’t keep these shoes even for half the price.
Ruth –
I had been wearing the Hoka Cliftons. This Saucony Kinvara 14 was very similar at a much better price. I will continue to buy these shoes.
Charr –
Love the fit! Feel like I’m walking on air. Also love the colors.

Shoes are very comfy with good support and look great, too. They do seem to run a little small but I’m in between sizes a lot so it worked out for me. They also see to be a little narrower than my previous Sauconys.

These are the lightest shoe I have ever owned. I have a somewhat narrow foot, these fit perfectly and are like walking on clouds. Makes me want to take up running!

Insufficient for overpronation, which is my problem.

Love the style and wear. My favorite shoes.
