As always, saucony sneakers are pillow soft and comfortable. After purchasing I broke them in on a 16 mile walk and then a 5 mile hike. I typically wear them just walking around town though. They stayed comfortable. Theyre also cute and I get compliments on them, and I purchased them because theyre vegan. Im a size 7.5 and they fit just right.

I needed to go up a full size, instead of my usual half size increase, to fit my orthotics despite this style having a roomier toe box than other Saucony models. It’s now a bit long but feels very comfortable. I was looking for a breathable, cool top in a comfortable but supportive style with excellent traction for summer hiking and sightseeing. This is a lighter weight shoe than my usual Adidas, which has nicer colors but was too hot and heavy for travel. My only criticism is the color choices. The gray was the most neutral and won’t show dirt, but the teal swish and red pattern are ugly. My feet are a bit wide in front and narrow in heel with a high instep so hard too fit.

The most comfortable shoes I have had. I normally wear a women’s 10, but one shoe felt a bit too short and the insole was not hitting the right place in the 10, so I went up to an 11. I probably should have gone with the 10.5. The 11 is a bit too long, but so comfortable, I kept them and wear them often. I love the tread and the super cushy sole. The stretchy section around your ankle works rather well at keeping debris out of the shoes. Sciatica has kept me from really putting miles on, but I don’t doubt these will hold up.

Perfect running shoes – very grippy and stable on the trail, and light and cushioned enough to run on pavement as well. I am an 8.5 in most Saucony shoes and these fit me perfectly in an 8.5 as well. My go-to running shoe now for all conditions and surfaces.

I bought the xodus ultra 2 & overall love the shoe, I’ve been wearing Saucony Trail runners for many years now, but the lacing system and the laces are awful on this shoe model. The laces are stiff and inflexible, hard to tie for steep downhills . I switched them out to an elastic lace, but the lace wholes are very different on these shoes, it’s a little sturdy string rather than a normal whole and they are very hard to lace up, as well as possibly have more chance of ripping down the road. I also prefer the older treads on the bottom of the shoes, they used to last so much longer, through rougher terrain. I hope in the design of future shoe models you’ll take these concerns into consideration. Thank you

I have bought this style for a long time and find it perfect for keeping my feet in good shape while walking 5+ miles daily. The new color grey is a nice neutral, and I have bought the bright green, and blue in the past, both great colors! Fit is normal for fitness shoes.

Such a comfortable, supportive shoe with excellent gripping sole. This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I just ordered a second pair. I ordered 8.5 medium. My over pronation is significant but the heel feels comfortable, and sturdy. First time buying Saucony Xodus Ultra 2. Great shoe!

I love the improvements from the first version! I used for training sessions or races > 20miles specially in technical terrain, my feet love them!! I hate the color honestly. could be great if you give us other options for colors like yellow or light blue even light green! So 4 starts just because the color it is pretty bad…

I have a wicked heel-spur and needed the extra cushion for a 50K. The sole was sturdy and handled the rubble and technical trails beautifully. I completed the race with no additional pain. It does add an extra couple of inches to your foot, so remind yourself to pick up your toes!

Ohhhh I really wanted to love these because I love my Saucony road shoes. But these destroyed my feet. I do not understand why more shoe companies producing trail shoes don’t get on the big toe box thing. Nobody’s feet are tapering to a narrow toe box after 6+ hours of trail running. Two stars because they do have good cushioning with the rock plate. But I’ll be sticking to my Topos for trail runs.

The updated mid of the upper is nice for technical terrain, but WHY the narrow toe box? 7 miles and I’ll never wear them again, just total foot destroyers. I can’t imagine trying to run 100 miles in them like the originals. A truly disappointing update to what was almost the perfect shoe.

This shoe is not for me.. Not comfortable at all and seemed more narrow in toe box than normal. I bought my usual size and would have needed to go up another half size if I had kept them. The original Saucony Exodus Ultra was very comfortable and had plenty of room in toe box and was a great looking well made shoe. The new one is cheap looking period!!!!!

Bought these shoes specifically for a hiking trip in Arizona. Could not be happier. They are very comfortable even after 10+ miles! Traction is excellent and got me over some very slippery bare rock faces on the trails. Highly recommend!

My go to running and exercise shoe came thru with a great light weight trail hiking shoe. The toe box is a bit narrow, so consider sizing up for long runs or hikes.
