Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Boat Shoes (if the protective sole covering has been removed)
- Sandals (if the footbed shows any signs of wear)
- Clogs (if the wooden footbed has been exposed to moisture)
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange is processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item
- International customers: Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable
Exchange Options
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
