Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Requirements: Orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Boat Shoes (if the protective sole covering has been removed)
  • Sandals (if the footbed shows any signs of wear)
  • Clogs (if the wooden footbed has been exposed to moisture)

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
